NON- FAULTY GOODS: Our products are bespoke and made to order and as such we cannot accept returns of non-faulty goods because the products have been made specifically for you.
FAULTY GOODS: We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item, to request a return of any goods which are defective or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt via our contact form with your name and order number so that we can investigate the issue. Please provide a digital image of any fault along with a clear description of the problem. Please do not send your products back without contacting us first.
If your return is accepted we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Products should be returned using Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ Recorded delivery (or similar) so you have proof of delivery. You will have to meet the delivery costs of returning the products.
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
The manufacturer will decide what falls under manufacturer faults.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
